Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping basket buy clicking on "add to my basket". After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, please place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Your credit card company may charge you for converting currency, if you prefer to know these details please contact your credit card company to clarify their charges.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch now Maestro and Delta(secure site). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling For orders within the UK using first class postage:
up to 300 grams - £2.50
up to 600 grams - £3.50
up to 1 kilo - £6.00
and at £1.00 per 25 gms thereafter

For orders out side the UK and within the EU using Airmail postage:
up to 300 grams - £3.00
up to 600 grams - £5.00
up to 1 kilo - £7.00
and at 0.15p per 20 gms thereafter

For orders to the rest of the world using Airmail postage:
up to 300 grams - £4.00
up to 600 grams - £7.00
up to 1 kilo - £11.00
and at 0.25p per 20 gms thereafter

For orders NEXT DAY deliverary within the UK
up to 500 grams - £5.00
up to 1 kilo - £6.50
up to 2 kilos - £9.00
up to 10 kilos - £20.00

Delivery Schedule We will send your order within the next 2 working days if in stock. Any coloured yarn on an order that is not in stock will be coloured specifically for your order. As we colour our yarn by hand you will need to allow time for colouring and drying. If yarn needs to be coloured to meet your requirements you will be notified of the shipping date. Depending on the number of colours ordered and the total quantity please allow about three working days per two colours. If you are hesitant about how long your order my take, or if you have specific time requirements, please contact us.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges We are currently not VAT registered.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction and delight with this beautiful natural fibre. We can not guarantee the colour you see on your screen is the colour that is defined on our colour swatch. Due to many variables (e.g. different monitors, different colour settings, different lighting conditions) the colours you see on your screen may vary from the colours intended. We highly recommend ordering a colour swatch for accurate colour matching. Hemp is a natural fibre and its base colour does vary. All colours are hand mixed and dyed. There is a natural variation in the yarn colour and texture. We highly recommend ordering enough yarn for your project as we can not guarantee a perfect colour match in different batches. We hope you can enjoy the uniqueness that hand colouring can provide. If you are not happy with the results we are a happy for you to return your yarn within 7 working days.
